Effortless Mantra Meditation is easily learned in five short sessions.
After the initial hour-long introduction talk you will have the option to participate in our beginners course.
During the second session you will have one hour of 1:1 personal instruction with Michael, where you will receive your individual personal mantra and learn the process of the correct use of the mantra.
Personal instruction is then followed by three consecutive group sessions each lasting 1.5 hours. These sessions will be devoted to expanding your knowledge and confidence based on your own personal experiences. After these sessions, one is equipped with the understanding and the experience one needs to continue meditating effectively on your own for the rest of your life.
The course is structured with ample time to integrate your practice in with your everyday life. The teaching format is relaxed, comfortable, informative and fun.
COST: Each student is asked to make a financial contribution based on a sliding scale of annual income in exchange for participating in the four day course. We find this the fairest way to allow everybody the chance to learn how to meditate.

A one- to two-hour session with Michael that is dedicated to your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and growth to wholeness. This session will be effective whether one seeks practical help with relationships or health issues, is seeking divine guidance or spiritual healing. A quiet meditation, lucid conversation, and loving Darshan with Michael either in person, by phone or Skype will provide you with insight and support that will open a new panorama of possibilities for unfolding wholeness and healing.

Michael is available for public speaking upon request. The content of his talks can be tailored to the needs and desires of your group.
This is a great way to introduce your company to the benefits of Effortless Mantra Meditation. The company atmosphere where personnel have a routine of daily meditation becomes more harmonious and more productive.
